Whether you're planning your next holiday, searching for inspiration or simply enjoy reading about the world, I'm genuinely pleased you're here.

This blog has been something I've wanted to create for a long time.

Not because the internet needs another collection of destination guides or lists of "Top 10 beaches to visit". There are already plenty of those.

I wanted to create something more personal.

A place where I could share not only the destinations I visit, but also the experiences behind them. The conversations, the people, the lessons I've learnt, the industry events I've attended, the hotels I've explored and the moments that remind me why I fell in love with travel in the first place.

Travel has changed my life in more ways than I ever imagined.

It has introduced me to people whose paths I would never otherwise have crossed. It has shown me cultures that challenged my perspective, places that left me speechless and moments that still make me smile years later.

Those experiences eventually inspired me to create A&A Legacy Travel.

When I founded the business, I made myself one promise.

If I was going to recommend a destination, I wanted to understand it. If I was going to suggest a hotel, I wanted to know why it stood out. If I was going to help someone plan one of the most important holidays of their life, I wanted my advice to come from genuine experience whenever possible.

That philosophy still guides everything I do today.

Over the coming months and years, this blog will become a collection of those experiences.

You'll find destination guides based on places I've visited, reflections from international travel events, hotel reviews, industry insights, practical travel advice and behind-the-scenes stories from the journey of building A&A Legacy Travel.

Some articles will introduce destinations you may already know.

Others might inspire you to discover somewhere you've never even considered.

You'll also meet the people behind the travel industry. Tourism boards, hotel partners, cruise specialists and the remarkable individuals whose passion helps turn holidays into unforgettable memories.

One thing you'll quickly notice is that I don't believe travel is about ticking countries off a list.

I'd rather spend an evening talking to local people than rushing between tourist attractions.

I'd rather recommend somewhere because it genuinely exceeded my expectations than because it's fashionable.

And I'd rather help someone create memories they'll treasure for a lifetime than simply sell another holiday.

That, for me, is what travel is really about.

As A&A Legacy Travel grows, this blog will grow with it.

You'll follow our journey through industry events, destination visits, new partnerships, awards, specialist training and the experiences that continue to shape the business.

Some articles will make you dream.

Some will help you plan.

Some might even surprise you.

My hope is that every article leaves you knowing something you didn't know before or feeling inspired to explore somewhere new.
